Welcome to our new website!
Having just completed our 6th summer of welcoming guests to our first cozy waterfront cabin, and the 4th summer for Cabin 2, we decided it was time to improve our website and provide you with more information to make your trip even more enjoyable.
 Â
Please check out our new one-bedroom waterfront suite, a great addition to our property as of last year. Quite a bit larger than the two cabins, it appeals to those who might like to spread out a little, or stay a little longer – it boasts a separate bedroom, full bathroom and full kitchen, as well as a propane fireplace, and its own deck with barbecue and a hot tub right around the corner! You’ll find photos of it under the tab “One-bedroom suite”. The rates are the same as for the two cabins.
 Â
Our rates will stay the same again this year, and be sure to ask for our discounted rates for longer stays – 4 nights or more.
 Â
We’ve got a new page for “Things to Do” which includes festivals – we have a lot of those on the West Coast! If you’re an avid gardener you’ll love exploring our neighbourhood where world acclaimed pioneer botanist George Fraser lived for 50 years, planting rhododendrons of amazing proportions. We’re proud to have a California Redwood in our front yard and a beautiful Maple near the beach, all planted by him decades ago.
 Â
There’s also a new page for “Testimonials”, so if you enjoyed your stay and want to write to us, we’d love to include your thoughts on that page. We have so many repeat visitors (and their pets) so we know we’re doing something right!
 Â
We’ve included some new photos in our gallery too – check them out. If you haven’t stayed with us before, we look forward to meeting you here at Anchors Inn!
